This cake is filled with your choice of cake, filling and SMBC which is then covered in the a torched meringue. We top this cake with fresh lemon and fruits. This style of cake is best eaten the same day it is made as the meringue can tend to go crusty if left for over a day. Fruits subject to what is available and in season.
Storage:
Our cakes are best consumed within 3 days of cake collection. They are best eaten fresh at room temperature. Store in an airtight container if you are keeping leftovers in the fridge.
